Structural Integration of Nashville
Advanced Practitioner Brendan Sweetman

Brendan Sweetman’s style of Structural Integration is a method of superficial to deep bodywork focusing on the body-mind-spirit connection by working with the physical and spiritual elements of the fascia. This work was originally developed by Dr. Ida P. Rolf and consists of lengthening the core of the body as well as healing limitations from past traumas, both physically and emotionally, while giving strength and balance to the body. Brendan feels this work is needed in the world today to help people feel open and balanced in their body and also, in their mind and spirit. Better body, better world. If you feel great physically it will pass on to all parts of you spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually.

Brendan Sweetman is an advanced practitioner in The Ida Rolf method of Structural Integration. Brendan has also been practicing energy work for over 25 years. He has lived in New Zealand for 18 years learning of his Maori traditions and language, and has traveled the world visiting with many different cultures and learning many different healing modalities which he calls on in his practice.
